⚠️ Risk Warning

Trading cryptocurrencies and equities involves a significant risk of loss, and martingale-style position structures can concentrate that risk: exposure grows quickly and a single adverse sequence can exhaust the capital allocated to it. Tradingale provides descriptive data and statistical metrics only. Tradingale never places orders, holds funds, or gives advice. Every decision, and all execution, takes place on your own accounts with third parties, under your sole responsibility. Results shown on the Performance page are simulated; past results, simulated or real, are not indicative of future results.

1. Definition of the Service

Tradingale is a financial data service published by Asterio 37. The Service consists of the provision, on an “as is” basis and for information purposes only, of descriptive market data and proprietary statistical metrics: the “Martingale Score”, the “Startingale”, and the associated model parameters, covering more than 250 cryptocurrencies and more than 100 US-listed stocks. The Service is delivered through three channels: the web application, the REST API, and the MCP (Model Context Protocol) server.

All data provided by the Service is impersonal and expressed without amounts or quantities: price deltas are given as fractions, together with a number of rounds, multipliers, and a dimensionless initial bet ratio. The web application can display illustrative structures by applying these parameters to a capital figure entered by the user; this arithmetic rendering is derived from the same impersonal parameters, produces the same output for every user at an equal capital figure, and does not constitute a recommendation, a personalized service, or advice of any kind.

The “Save This Snapshot” feature creates a personal, declaratory journal maintained by the user. A snapshot records the data displayed at a moment chosen by the user, together with the capital figure the user entered. Tradingale does not verify, interpret, or act upon snapshots; the journal has no execution capability and is not connected to any trading account.

The Service does not include, under any plan or through any channel:

  • Order execution, or reception and transmission of orders, for third parties
  • Custody of funds, financial instruments, or crypto-assets
  • Investment advice, advice on crypto-assets, or any other form of recommendation
  • Portfolio management or any discretionary service

The content served by the Service is identical for all subscribers of a given plan: the same metrics and the same model parameters are provided to every subscriber, and nothing in the Service is tailored to a user's individual situation.

2. Disclaimer: No Financial Advice or Regulated Activity

The “Martingale Score” and “Startingale” metrics are proprietary statistical measures that describe observed market characteristics of an instrument. They are descriptive data: they are not trading signals, not buy or sell recommendations, and not investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.

Use of the Service does not create an advisory relationship. Tradingale is not registered with ORIAS or the AMF and holds no regulated status: it is not an investment services provider (PSI), not a financial investment advisor (CIF), and not a crypto-asset service provider (PSAN, or CASP under MiCA). We do not provide regulated services such as investment advice, portfolio management, order execution, or reception and transmission of orders.

All decisions, and all execution, belong exclusively to the user, on the user's own accounts with exchanges, brokers, or other third parties unrelated to Tradingale. Tradingale has no access to those accounts, has no knowledge of their content, and plays no role in any transaction a user may decide to enter into.

3. Risk Disclosure

Users acknowledge that trading cryptocurrencies and equities, in particular when structuring positions along martingale-style progressions, carries a significant risk of financial loss. Risks include, but are not limited to:

  • Exposure that grows rapidly with each additional round of a martingale-style progression
  • The possibility that a single adverse sequence exhausts the entire capital allocated to it
  • Market conditions (trends, gaps, illiquidity) under which a progression does not recover
  • Errors, delays, or interruptions affecting market data

The Performance page presents the track record of Tradingale's internal validation engine. These results are obtained exclusively in simulation, on a paper trading account operated by Tradingale for its own testing, with a fictitious allocation of $1,000 per sequence, and are labeled “Simulated execution”. Simulated results have inherent limitations: they do not represent actual trading, they may not reflect the impact of real market conditions such as liquidity and slippage, and they cannot be extrapolated to any real account or to future periods.

The data and metrics are provided under an obligation of means (reasonable efforts). Tradingale does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability of the data, which may contain errors, arrive with delay, or be temporarily unavailable.

4. No Execution, No Custody, No Advice

Tradingale never places orders, holds funds, or gives advice.

The Service has no execution capability for users: Tradingale does not execute orders for third parties, does not receive or transmit orders, does not act as a broker, intermediary, or trading platform, and does not manage accounts. Tradingale does not collect exchange or brokerage API keys from users, and no feature of the Service connects to a user's trading account.

Tradingale does not hold or control user funds, financial instruments, or crypto-assets at any time. Any trading activity a user chooses to undertake occurs entirely outside the Service, on accounts held by the user with third parties, under the user's exclusive control and responsibility.

Tradingale does not send alerts, notifications, or messages prompting users to enter into transactions.

5. API, MCP and Data License

Access to the REST API and to the MCP server requires a personal access token. Tokens are strictly personal: sharing a token or making it available to third parties is prohibited.

API and MCP usage is measured in weighted calls, each endpoint carrying a weight that reflects its cost. Monthly quotas are 5,000 weighted calls under the Score Scout plan and 50,000 weighted calls under the Martingale Maestro plan.

  • Score Scout (personal use): the data may be used for the subscriber's own, non-commercial purposes. It may not be integrated into products or services made available to third parties.
  • Martingale Maestro (commercial license): the subscriber may integrate the data and metrics into its own products, services, and applications, including software agents and AI systems.
  • All plans: redistribution of the raw data as such (bulk republication, resale of the data, or making the data available as a competing data feed) requires the prior written agreement of Asterio 37.

The subscriber, and any system operated by or for the subscriber, including AI agents and applications built on large language models connected through the API or the MCP server, shall not present Tradingale data as personalized recommendations, investment advice, or incitements to trade addressed to third parties. Subscribers who make the data available to end users must pass through, in substance, the following notices: the data is descriptive and does not constitute investment advice, and Tradingale never places orders, holds funds, or gives advice.

Tradingale may suspend or revoke an access token in the event of a breach of this section, circumvention of quotas, or a security risk, without prejudice to any other remedy.

6. Email Verification Requirements

Email verification is mandatory to maintain active access to Tradingale's services. Users must adhere to the following requirements:

  • Verify your email at registration to access platform features
  • Re-verify immediately when updating your email to avoid interruption
  • Unverified emails may lead to limited functionality
  • Access may be suspended until verification is completed
  • Maintain access to your verified email for service communications and security updates

7. Cookie Usage

The Service uses cookies in two categories:

  • Necessary: Required for authentication, security, and platform analytics (Vercel). Cannot be disabled.
  • Marketing: Optional. Used for personalized advertising. You can opt out at any time.

You can manage your cookie preferences at any time through the cookie settings in the footer. Disabling marketing cookies does not affect your access to the Service. See the Privacy Policy for details.

8. Liability

The object of the contract is the provision of descriptive information. The Service is provided “as is”; Tradingale undertakes an obligation of means with respect to the availability and quality of the data and does not promise any investment result. Trading outcomes depend on decisions taken by the user alone and on execution carried out by third parties outside the Service; they are outside the object of the contract.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the rights that consumers hold under mandatory law, or Tradingale's liability for its own willful misconduct or gross negligence.

For subscribers acting in the course of business under the Martingale Maestro commercial license, and to the fullest extent permitted by article 1170 of the French Civil Code:

  • Asterio 37's total aggregate liability under the contract is capped at the subscription fees actually paid during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability
  • Trading losses, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, and other indirect or consequential damages are excluded
  • The cap and exclusions do not apply in cases of willful misconduct (dol) or gross negligence (faute lourde)

9. Intellectual Property

The Martingale Score, the Startingale, the underlying methodology, the model parameters, the databases, the documentation, and the software composing the Service are and remain the exclusive property of Asterio 37. A subscription grants a right of use as described in these Terms, not a transfer of ownership. Users agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to reconstruct the scoring methodology, subject to mandatory statutory exceptions
  • Share, distribute, or sell access to the Service without authorization
  • Remove or alter proprietary notices attached to the data

Works that the subscriber creates using the data (software, applications, analyses, and other derived works built within the scope of the applicable plan) belong to the subscriber. The underlying data, scores, and methodology remain the property of Asterio 37 and continue to be governed by these Terms, including section 5.

10. User Obligations

  • Be at least 18 years old and of legal age in your jurisdiction
  • Comply with applicable laws and tax obligations
  • Secure your account credentials and API tokens
  • Keep your account information and contact details accurate
  • Use the Service within the scope of your plan and license
  • Understand the descriptive nature and the limitations of the data before relying on it

11. Fair Use and API Quotas

Quotas exist to keep the Service reliable for all subscribers. The following rules apply:

  • API and MCP usage is metered in weighted calls against your plan's monthly quota
  • Circumventing quotas or rate limits, including through multiple accounts or shared tokens, is prohibited
  • Automated scraping of the web application is prohibited; programmatic access goes through the API and the MCP server
  • Bulk extraction of the catalog beyond the needs of your plan is prohibited

Violations of this section may lead to suspension or, in case of serious or repeated breach, termination of the account, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.

12. Payment and Subscription Terms

Tradingale offers three plans:

  • Bitcoin Bandit (free): the full web application, journal snapshots, and API and MCP access scoped to Bitcoin (500 weighted calls per month)
  • Score Scout (EUR 29.99 per month): full-catalog API and MCP access for personal use, 5,000 weighted calls per month
  • Martingale Maestro (EUR 299.99 per month): commercial license and 50,000 weighted calls per month

Subscription payments are due in advance. By subscribing, you agree to automatic charges at the start of each billing period, to maintaining a valid payment method for recurring charges, to possible suspension for non-payment, and to price changes with prior notice.

For consumers in the European Union: access to the digital service begins immediately at your express request. The checkout flow includes two distinct confirmations: acceptance of these Terms, and express consent to immediate performance together with acknowledgment that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal (articles L.221-25 and L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code). Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, paid periods that have started are not refunded on a pro rata basis.

13. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription under the following conditions:

  • Submit cancellation at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle
  • Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period
  • No pro rata refund for partial periods, subject to mandatory consumer rights
  • After expiry, your account reverts to the free plan; features and data volumes beyond the free plan limits become unavailable
  • Tradingale may terminate subscriptions in case of serious or repeated violation of these Terms

14. Legal and Regulatory Status

Tradingale is published by Asterio 37, a French société par actions simplifiée à associé unique (SASU) with its registered office at 231 rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris, France, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register (RCS Paris) under SIREN 107 559 619, intra-community VAT number FR27107559619, operating under APE code 62.01Z (computer programming). Asterio 37 acts as a software publisher and provider of financial data.

Asterio 37 provides no regulated financial service and holds no regulated status: it is not an investment services provider (PSI), not a financial investment advisor (CIF), and not a crypto-asset service provider (PSAN, or CASP under MiCA). The metrics and parameters distributed by the Service are descriptive and impersonal: they are computed and published identically for all subscribers, involve no examination of any user's individual situation, and contain no incitement to enter into any transaction.

We monitor regulatory developments, including the European MiCA framework, and will update our practices if required to remain compliant.

15. Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Language

These Terms of Service are governed by French law. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence.

Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France. For users acting in the course of business, that jurisdiction is exclusive. For consumers domiciled in the European Union, this clause is non-exclusive: pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012 (Brussels I bis), a consumer may bring proceedings before the courts of their own domicile and may be sued only there.

These Terms are available in English and French. The French version is the legally governing version; in the event of any discrepancy between the language versions, the French version prevails.

16. Third-Party Services and Data Processing

Tradingale relies on third-party services:

  • Auth0 for authentication, under its privacy and security standards
  • Stripe for PCI-compliant payment processing; Tradingale does not store credit card details or sensitive authentication credentials on its servers
  • Hosting and platform analytics (Vercel)
  • Third-party market data sources, from which the metrics are computed; Tradingale does not control those sources, and section 3 applies to the resulting data

Tradingale does not collect or process exchange or brokerage API keys. Use of the Service is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of the providers listed above; see the Privacy Policy for details on data processing.

17. Changes to the Terms

We may update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by email or on this page; if you do not accept a significant change, you may cancel your subscription before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
