3. Service Options and User Flexibility
Tradingale provides pre-designed martingale sequences for users to replicate on any supported exchange. Users may choose to:
- Utilize the service in a fully or semi-automated manner by connecting API keys from their exchange.
- Manually replicate the sequences on their preferred exchange without providing API keys. In this case, automation features will not be available, and users will need to execute trades manually.
4. Handling of API Keys
Users opting for automation are required to provide API keys to enable trading on supported exchanges. The following conditions apply:
- API keys and secrets are securely stored using encryption and are never shared with third parties.
- When creating API keys, users must ensure they only enable the Spot & Margin Trading permission. Other permissions, such as withdrawal rights, must remain disabled.
- Dynamic IP addresses are used by Tradingale's systems. Users may need to remove IP restrictions in their exchange's API management settings to ensure seamless operation.
Tradingale is not responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect API key configurations or restrictions imposed by the exchange.
