⚠️ Risk Warning

Trading cryptocurrencies using martingale strategy involves a significant risk of loss. You should never invest more than you can afford to lose. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Tradingale is not liable for any financial losses resulting from the use of automated or manual trading strategies on the platform.

1. Disclaimer – No Financial Advice or Regulated Activity

Tradingale is a software service provider offering tools for executing trading strategies. We do not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. The trading sequences available on the platform are generic, proprietary, and accessible only to subscribers, and not tailored to any specific financial situation.

Use of this platform does not constitute a client-advisor relationship. Tradingale is not registered with ORIAS or the AMF, as we do not provide regulated financial services such as insurance intermediation, credit brokering, investment advice, or order execution on behalf of third parties.

Users are fully responsible for their own investment decisions and for understanding the risks associated with automated trading and cryptocurrencies. These indicators are proprietary technical tools—not tailored advice—and do not guarantee accuracy or suitability.

1.x Use of Indicators

The “Martingale Score” and “Startingale” indicators are proprietary tools that assess market volatility and liquidity to help users determine optimal conditions to start a martingale sequence. They are not trading signals (bullish/bearish) and not investment or financial advice.

  • These tools are generic and not tailored to your individual financial situation.
  • They do not guarantee any outcome and should be used for informational and technical purposes only.
  • Tradingale does not assess suitability of strategies for individual users.
  • By using these tools, you acknowledge that you remain fully responsible for any trade execution or result.

2. Email Verification Requirements

Email verification is mandatory to maintain active access to Tradingale's services. Users must adhere to the following requirements:

  • All users must verify their email address upon registration to access the platform's features.
  • When updating an email address, immediate verification of the new email is required to prevent service interruption.
  • Failure to verify a new email address may result in limited platform functionality, including but not limited to navigation issues and feature restrictions.
  • Continued use of the platform with an unverified email address may result in subscription termination without refund.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining access to their verified email address for important service communications and security updates.

3. Risk Disclosure

Users acknowledge that trading cryptocurrencies, particularly using martingale strategies, carries a significant risk of financial loss. These risks include, but are not limited to:

* The “Martingale Score” and “Startingale” indicators evaluate market volatility and liquidity conditions—they are not trading signals (e.g., “buy” or “sell” recommendations) and do not constitute financial advice.

  • Martingale strategies can lead to exponential losses, especially in volatile or trending markets.
  • A single unsuccessful sequence can result in significant capital loss.
  • Market conditions that prevent successful execution of strategies.
  • Unforeseen technical or operational issues.

Users must assess their risk tolerance before using these tools and should never invest more than they can afford to lose.

4. User Control and API Key Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for connecting their exchange accounts via API keys to enable automated trading. The following conditions apply:

  • API keys and secrets are securely stored using encryption and are never shared with third parties.
  • Users must ensure API keys only enable Spot & Margin Trading permissions and exclude withdrawal rights.
  • Users may revoke, modify, or delete API credentials at any time through their account settings, immediately stopping all automated trading activity.
  • Dynamic IP addresses are used by Tradingale's systems. Users may need to remove IP restrictions in their exchange's API management settings for seamless operation.

Tradingale provides tools that automate user-defined instructions, but all automation is triggered and controlled by the user. Tradingale is not responsible for consequences arising from incorrect API key configurations or exchange-imposed restrictions.

5. No Custodial Services or Third-Party Execution

Tradingale does not hold or manage any user assets, whether digital or fiat. We do not act as a broker, intermediary, custodian, or trading platform. All trades are executed directly on users' connected exchanges via their own API credentials, under their full control.

As such, Tradingale does not fall under the scope of Digital Asset Service Providers (DASP / PSAN) as defined by the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).

6. Service Options and User Flexibility

Tradingale provides pre-designed martingale sequences for users to replicate on any supported exchange. Users may choose to:

  • Utilize the service in a fully or semi-automated manner by connecting API keys from their exchange.
  • Manually replicate the sequences on their preferred exchange without providing API keys, in which case automation features will not be available.
  • Agree that anonymized Martingale sequence data may be used to generate aggregated performance metrics for our Performance page.
